Appointments

If you have not visited us before you are required to book a consultation. The consultation enables us to discuss treatment options and provide you with the latest information so that you can make an informed decision.

Once you have had your consultation, we recommend you take some time after your visit to make a decision on whether the treatment is right for you and book your first treatment appointment.

A non refundable £50 booking deposit is required for all consultation and treatment bookings. Payment details will be emailed on booking. All bookings without a deposit will be cancelled. Booking deposits can be used against treatment bookings or skincare purchases.

Our cancellation and rearranging policy is 72 hours, failure to provide 72 hours notice will result in your deposit being lost, a new non refundable deposit/booking fee (depending on booking type) will be required to rebook your missed appointment.

Please read ALL instructions on booking. They are in place to keep you and I safe and to ensure smooth running of the clinic. Anyone not following the instructions will have their appointment cancelled.
